/A storey villa in an exclusive location, with authentic copies of Renaissance architectural and decorative elements. Current reconstruction, stone copies by specialized CNC production.
The one-story villa in the exclusive location “Slnečný vrch” in Budapest was built in 1927, originally for the general director of the Institute for Precision Mechanics, entrepreneur F. Preisinger-Perényi. On separate floors, there was an apartment for the owner and an apartment for rent, which served primarily for consulates and ambassadors. The designer of the villa was the architect Béla Jánszky, an important author of numerous magnificent private and public buildings in Budapest. The villa, which interprets the architecture of the high Italian Renaissance, has all the characteristic components of this style: layout, balconies, a deep observation loggia with an arcade on columns, pilasters, portals and a rich authentic arsenal of figurative and decorative reliefs.

IMPLEMENTATION
F. participates in the project of general restoration of the villa’s architecture. NEW ART by the maximum share. The stone parts are made of marble. In addition to many years of experience with stone processing procedures, the company has a 3D design studio, it provides the entire process from scanning the originals, their digitization to the production itself. The CNC production process allows for an absolutely precise copy of the originals, all units and details, such as portals, columns, profiled cornices, window frames, plinths, balustrades, friezes, which carry an overflowing wealth of shapes and decorative reliefs in the Renaissance style. The products are manually finalized. In terms of the reconstruction project, the company also carries out the actual assembly and incorporation of all the stone components of the architecture.
